Examination of Current Document management Process
In this early stage, we work closely with the client to understand and benchmark their current document filling process,study and perform analysis of current process and make recommendations based on our findings.Upon acceptance of our recommedations, we proceed to help the client lay out a clear,reliable and effective Electronic Document Management policy.
Transition Phase
In this phase, we send our team of document management experts to the client site to define Service Level Agreements(SLAs), map the process of removing the document and records from the client site(In the case of an Offsite project),understand and address client security and privacy concerns.This team will also help develop a training program to train the client on the use of its new document imaging and records management system.
Project Execution Phase
In this phase our technical and experienced team launches the execution phase of the project.Our approach is totally iterative.Yep,change is the only constant in this process.We will turn our wheels until the customer is 100% satisfied with the final product or service.We make it a point to include the customer in this process and get constant feedback on different stages of any project.This will help the team track SLAs metrics and goes a long way towards customer satisfaction.
